7 Days Refund/Exchange Policy
- We will happily accept any undamaged, unworn item within 7 days for exchange and refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Customers must return the item through courier to our address at their own expense.
• Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged items will not be accepted.
• Refund will be made through Easypaisa / JazzCash. You will get the refund money in 2-3 days.
• In case of exchange, the desired item will be delivered to the customer after we receive the parcel from him.
• If the requested item(s) are out of stock, then you will be refunded

STEPS TO FOLLOW
1. Pack the parcel Safely: Make sure you safely pack the parcel.
2. Ship to: Customers need to send the courier to the following address:

3.Your Information: Write your name on the order by which you place your order, your phone number, and further details like the order number.
4. Optional Information: What do you think about your return and any feedback so that we can improve our service?
5. Noted: Take a photo of the parcel when you packed it so at least you have the evidence.
When we receive your parcel, our representative will call you, and then we will exchange/ refund you in 2-3 days.
Prescription Glasses
The extra amount of the prescription will not be refunded. Only the raw amount will be refunded. This rule applies only when the prescription is right and the customer doesn’t want it for any possible reason.
If the prescription is wrong, then the company will recheck it and will refund the entire amount.
